Offline for days
Every time a technician is working on our pole / line then my LOS red light will be on. I have been offline from Saturday. The technician couldn't even solve my problem. Only at Net Nine Nine you would get a technician logging a call cause he can't sort out a problem that he created. I need my 3 days credit for being offline
