No channel of communication

ehicle hit a pole in front of our house, which caused the fibre drop cable to snap. As a result, our internet services are currently down.

I have attempted to log a fault, however no reference number was generated. I also tried contacting support via the provided numbers *** and ***), but I was advised that I had called outside of operating hours. I further attempted to reach support via WhatsApp, but no agents are currently available.

At this point, no assistance has been provided despite multiple attempts to report the fault. This is a critical issue, as I rely on the internet for online classes, including sessions on Sundays and I urgently request that this fault be logged and attended to as soon as possible, or that a temporary service solution be provided in the interim while permanent repairs are arranged.

Good morning Andiswa.

Our team is very sorry for the delay. Our operating hours begin at eight this morning. We are escalating your query to our Support Team who will attend to it once they're online shortly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your ticket has been generated with us, and a technician will be assigned to assist you once our Support Team has done their necessary checks this morning.

Thank you for your swift response.

A technician attended to assess the issue and advised that the fault has been escalated to the civils team, who will be responsible for replacing the damaged fibre cable.

In the interim, I have arranged for an LTE router to ensure I am able to attend my online classes should there be any delays with the fibre repair.

Kindly contact me or send an email confirming the ticket reference number so that I may follow up directly with your team should any issues arise.

You may reach me via email at *** or on my contact number on record.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Andiswa Mohamme

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Net Nine Nine for their swift and effective response.

I was understandably irate and frustrated initially when I was unable to get hold of any communication platform, however, once contact was established, the response was quick, professional, and solid.

A technician came through to assess the fault, after which the civils team promptly fixed the pole and ran the new fibre cable. The technician then returned to confirm that services were fully restored immediately after splicing, and we both verified that the link was up and stable.

Thank you once again for being accessible, supportive, and efficient throughout the process. The connection speed is looking great as well.

Much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Andiswa Mohamme
