Net99 worst service ever.

Terrible customer service. ***********, empty promises to clients. Giving turnaround times that are not adhered to.

It's been over 4 days since I complained and logged a call with their support regarding a red light flicking on the device under the LOS but it's not yielding any result. I even spoke with two consultants yesterday (Jason and Dean) who promised that someone will call me to set up an appointment but yet still nothing from their side.

Net99 is totally pathetic but when they deduct their payment they remember to do it on time, which is the total opposite when it comes to their service.

Received an email response on 22-12-2023 from a person by the name Somila Sacosa with ticket number 719550 promising that I will get assistance within 72 hours but that was a lie....

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
