Net99 unresolved network issue

I've been struggling with network connection since from Friday I can't even watch my dstv stream because of this bad connection and seems like they not doing anything to fix this Net99 has very poor service they don't respect their customers at all and we pay every month but they not giving us good service nor even compensate us for this.
