The installation went great the team even left their numbers if we encounter any problems but when you call those numbers don’t work others if they know it’s you they hang up calls their, my internet has been off since the 1st of August Net99 doesn’t respond to Emails ,I have spoken to 10 different consultants at this point and none of them have given me any solutions besides the fact that they will restart on their side and I should also do the same I have been doing that since the 1st of August or telling my that iPhone has configuration problems but with the 1st month I could connect without any problems and there are people in my house who use Android and they are experiencing the same issues it says low security and I am still waiting for that technician and their callback but month end full amount will be deducted with no issues
