Horrible support service since i have took this contract. Now my line has been off for almost a week now and my call hasn’t been attended to. And why is there a trend of LOS issue in Phuthaditjhaba always? Another call thats more than 2 months old hasn’t been resolved also. It’s pointless to have this service if its not going to be working most of the time and when you log a call there is no assistance
