Net Nine Nine worst service ever
Worst service ever , we have not been connected to the internet for 4 days , call centre keeps on issuing tickets without resolving issues . I have only been connected in less that 30 days and already they are showing us flames , I have already paid twice I don't owe them . To think I took money I could have used to buy my kids data for homework and thought I will just pay fiber to avoid interruptions ,I am even out of words because I must now buy data . They are not even sending us messages to give update to the problem . I wasted my money I feel ****med.

04 May 2026, 18:33Hi there,
We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had and completely understand your frustration. Being without internet for several days, especially so soon after being connected, is extremely disappointing — particularly when you chose fibre specifically to avoid interruptions for your family and your children’s schoolwork.
We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the repeated ticket logging without resolution and the lack of communication during the outage. Not receiving updates while you remain offline only adds to the frustration, and we understand why you feel let down after already making payments for the service. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been taken seriously and your matter will be escalated with the relevant team for urgent attention and follow-up.
