Net Nine Nine weeks s the worst ISP

This is one of worst ISP I have came across and wish that they be closed down. Paid today and got confirmation that payment was received. Got connected for few minutes and got suspended again. Tried their useless App and couldn't get anywhere. Tried their forgot password but did not get the link on my email.

Called ***,wa on hold for 20 minutes. Spoke to an agent and he told me that he can't help and will connect me to the accounts department after taking my cellphone number. Explained that I was on hold and he said he will escalate and when I asked his name he again put me on hold. Was again back to holding and listening to their music. When I was caller number 5 my call got cut off.

Dialled again and I am starting and I am still holding as I am sending this complaint. Their WhatsApp number is also useless. I hate this ISP but have no option cos they have to competition in Kagiso Krugersdorp.
