Net nine nine is the worst wifi service provider
The worst wifi provider. They always have a cable problem excuse every month. Unreliable and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

11 Sept 2026, 21:27Issues are always noted and escalated to the relevant teams all the time. I don't actually see what your teams are doing because its the dame thing every month. Honestly, the Westrand needs another service provider.

12 Sept 2026, 08:47We understand your frustration, particularly when you have experienced repeated disruptions and feel that previous escalations have not resulted in the improvement you expect.
We recognise that customers ultimately measure our service by the reliability of their connection, not by how many times an issue is escalated.
In this instance, multiple locations in the Westrand are experiencing connectivity issues. The fault originates from infrastructure managed by our upstream Fibre Network Operator (FNO) and is not a fault originating from Net Nine Nine’s network. The FNO is actively working to restore connectivity across the affected locations.
As your Internet Service Provider, we remain in communication with the FNO and continue to follow up on restoration progress on behalf of our customers.
We understand that this does not lessen the inconvenience of being without service. Updates regarding restoration progress will continue to be communicated through our Network Status page on our website as they are received from the FNO.

12 Sept 2026, 09:22I understand that the infrastructure belongs to the FNO and that Net Nine Nine may not physically control the network. However, as a paying customer, I subscribe to Net Nine Nine for a reliable internet service, and unfortunately, these recurring outages have become a regular problem.
The frustration is not just about this particular outage—it is that the same cable and infrastructure issues seem to happen repeatedly, often with the same explanation and no visible long-term improvement.
At some point, customers need more than updates saying the matter has been escalated. We need to know what is actually being done to prevent these recurring disruptions. If the infrastructure provider continues to cause frequent outages, what measures are being taken to ensure customers receive the reliable service they are paying for?
I still stand on the stance that the Westrand deserves a more reliable fibre service because these monthly disruptions are simply becoming unacceptable.
