NET NINE NINE is a new service provider in the area. I decided I give a chance. I was met up with a sales agent by the name Zovuyo in the Mthatha region. We were met up with some technicalities and installation delays, albeit I cut ties with my previous service provider. The issue was escaltated and a lady by the Name of Tlale from the head office called to assist. We finally got to an understanding and went out of her way to get someone to activate the connection as she understood that my business was at risk. She assisted even after hours and kept checking in for progress. Thank you Tlale.
