Net Nine Nine Fiber Net – A Great Choice Overall

I’ve been using Net Nine Nine Fiber Net for about 8 months now, and honestly, it has been a pretty good experience. I don’t know where to start but let me say this first – internet is very important to me, like super important. My work, my entertainment, and sometimes even my social life depend on it. So naturally, I had high expectations when I switched to Net Nine Nine after my previous ISP kept failing me during important Zoom meetings (that’s a story for another day!).

First of all, the speed is good. I won’t say it’s the best in the world because that would be overhyped. But it’s very reliable. On most days, I get what they promised – around 100 Mbps on my plan. There was this one time, though, when the speed dropped drastically, and I had to call customer service (which took like forever to pick up), but it got fixed eventually.

Speaking of customer service, they’re not the best but not the worst either. Once I waited 45 minutes for an agent to assist me. That day I also spilled coffee on my white shirt, which felt like a double bad luck thing. But when I finally got through, they were polite and helpful.

Another thing I like about this service is the stability. Even during bad weather, the connection doesn’t just go **** like other providers I’ve used in the past. This one time, during a heavy thunderstorm, I was streaming a documentary about ancient civilizations, and the internet held up like a champion. That impressed me a lot!

Now, about the installation process. It was smooth but took longer than expected. They said it would be done in 2 hours, but it actually took 4. I missed my lunch because I didn’t want to leave the technician alone in the house. He was nice, though, and even complimented my dog, Max (he’s a golden retriever, in case you’re wondering).

The only thing I’d really suggest is better app support. Their app feels outdated, and sometimes it doesn’t even show the correct usage stats. Not a dealbreaker, but still annoying.

Overall, I’d say Net Nine Nine is a great choice for people who need reliable internet. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it’s very good, there’s room for improvement. If they fix their app and speed up customer service, it could easily become a 5-star service.

P.S. If you’re into gaming, you’ll love the low ping. My nephew (he’s 14 and a big Fortnite fan) says it’s the best he’s experienced!
