Very bad! We have a cable dug up and broken by a tractor in uMlazi, we reported it and they said they'll come fix it asap it's been 4 days now without internet but nobody came when we called to check where they are they said they are on site fixing whereas there is no one on site because I live next to where the cable is broken. We have been calling for several times now and they still blatantly telling us lies and saying they are onsite, imagine! Even went as far as sending us false updates telling us they are splicing the cables etc when I live opposite where the problem is and no one ever set foot onsite these whole 4 days!!, even now as I'm writing this review the cable still hasn't been fixed yet we pay for their service!!.. Don't even think about getting net nine nine I repeat don't even think about getting net nine nine!!!
