Monthly Internet Coverage Issues.

Their service is really unacceptable. On a monthly basis we have no internet coverage for almost a week, We are advised that “They are working on it”. How does one work around the same problem every month? I feel we are being cheated and I’ve had enough of this and advise other people to not join this Fibre service as they provide the bare minimum.
