Met Nine Nine
Worst service ever. Customer service at its worst. Called to request early line release as I have a new fibre company waiting to come install. Accounts department don’t want to assist but their email stated. If you want an early line release. Call call for assistance for a smooth transition but still nothing. Worst part I cancelled on 23/07 and work up to no fibre. What can I do as I have no fibre and have to wait for them to release it on the 31/08?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced.
We understand how important a seamless transition is when changing service providers and we regret that your request for an early line release has not been handled as expected. The misalignment between our communication and the actual support you received is not acceptable and we are reviewing this internally to ensure better consistency going forward.
Regarding the cancellation and subsequent loss of service, we understand how disruptive this must be. We would like to urgently investigate your case to explore what can be done to expedite the release process.

02 Aug 2025, 10:48Thanks for getting back to me but we have still not received confirmation that the line has been release. Just a system generated email stating we have cancelled. Can we get an email confirming the line has been released. So the service provider can do their installation now
