Maybe now I will receive help
Once again I have needed to use Hellopeter to get assistance from your team in westonaria... my wifi has been down for numerous hours now I have called to log a ticket and was told I'll receive help in 72 hours. How am I supposed to do my job with internet that is not working? I called and was told they would call me back with a ticket number and that has no happened either. I can not sit at home waiting for someone to want to help... you guys are super fast to install wifi but when it comes to helping customers you guys already have no one seems to care I am very fast reaching the point in finding a provider that is willing to help. I can not continue to have this issue, it is becoming beyond pathetic
