Mary Jane's Remarkable Assistance Makes Net Nine Shine

I recently called Net Nine to get my WiFi installed, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary Jane. She processed everything efficiently, although there was a small mistake with my package, which resulted in an overcharge. Despite the installers (Thomas) arriving an hour late, they managed to set up my router and informed me that it would be activated in 30 minutes. Throughout the process, Mary Jane remained in communication, providing support and attempting to activate the service on her end. When the activation failed, she promptly called maintenance. Impressively, they arrived within 20 minutes, fixed the issue, and left.

I called Mary Jane again to update her, and she resolved the remaining issues within 10 minutes. I truly appreciate Mary Jane's efficiency and dedication. She even shared her WhatsApp contact with me due to my past trust issues with service providers. Mary Jane was an absolute delight to work with and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
