I've been using net nine nine for 3 months

I've been using net nine nine for 3 months. The first month was okay, struggled with internet connection but not that much. The second month I barely had any problem or outage I really enjoyed their service until recently 🙃. Their service has been out for 5 days with no help whatsoever, and they're really bad at communication. The internet connection was only fixed yesterday after 5 days of blackout. I can only hope that they provide better service moving forward.
