Net nine nine has a horrible service. The constant internet cut with poor communication are getting out of hand. We remain without internet since Saturday the 14th at 10pm. It is now Monday the 19nth . In this streaming era, a December long weekend even .. Countless attempts to get this resolved, net nine nine blames the Tswane municipality for apparently digging and damaging their cables (unfounded accusations)

The reporting/communication means is also not effective , I haven’t been able to speak to a consultant the whole of today for update, and they remain silent. Net nine nine stays away from social media because they avoid being questioned directly . Which blooming company is not on social media?

Such a disappointing service
