Improvement of service and dedicated agent

A well developing network business, that is taking corrections from its clients and fix. I received poor help from accounts, since my payments were not updated well. After my call with a Lady agent called Zamo everything was fixed and the service improved much. Thanks to her since my call was not that friendly, but she was able to listen and calm me down. Ultimately solved my query and never experienced internet pauses again.
