Impressive Customer Service

I must say, Net99's Kwa Guqa customer service personnel is outstanding! My grandmother cannot stop talking about this sweet lady, Lusanda, who was patient with her throughout the payment processes, maintenance follow ups and even called her a few days later to make sure we are still connected! I'm not one to write reviews, but I'll give her the flowers she deserves. NetNineNine customer service is de best especially for our parents and grandparents. My 69 year old grandmother saying " Ngizo bhadala ngeLink " made me realise how accommodating they are :) Thank you guys! Keep it up
