I have been a horrible time with the network the whole weekend. However there is a guy by the name of Kananelo. I wish all your employees could learn from that guy. He was excellent in resolving my issue and he left no stone unturned. He understands what is customer service and is the only reason why I didint cancel my contract. I had already signed up with Axxess in the morning after the internet black out I was having. He single handedly managed to change my mind only by providing good customer service. The guy is wonderful and knows his job I'm happy to be a client if the type of customer service by Kananelo is an everyday thing
