I had paid net 99 on the 28th of April

I had paid net 99 on the 28th of April. Waited for installation no one called. I went to the offices in Kagiso, i was told everything is okay and should wait for a call. Later i called net99 assisted by some lady who said "let me call you back" she didn't bother. Called again the following day another guy told me there a two addresses under my name hence the confusion. I asked him to remove the incorrect one and he said he did. Waited for the call the whole of the 30th nothing happened. On the first i called again and was assisted by Lathitha. He told me the other address wasn't removed. I would like to commend this guy as he did everything possible to ensure that installation was done the very same day even though it was a holiday, i received a call from installation department immediately after his assist. He goes an extra mile for clients. He is in the billing department but is able to navigate to other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. He deserves a promotion.
