I signed up for 20/10 Mbps Fibre line in June 2023, paid the R379 as requested and received and Order No. and payment confirmation from Peach Payments. After numerous follow-ups, my line is still not installed. Net Nine Nine does not even have the decency to refund my money when I requested them to do so.
