I am an away from home student and my parents had an issue with their line which they asked me to report due to their lack of experience with the tech( they are on the elder side). I thought I had seen the best Net Nine nine customer service had to offer in Uveshni and Kagiso but Deen deserves a mention for being so understanding of the situation, patient and willing to contact/report to both me *and* my parents at home to ensure that we recieved sufficient service at the end.
