Horrible maintenance processes

They started off okay in the beginning,however over the past seven months their service has been absolutely horrible. The constant network outages to not being able able to stream on certain platforms etc. You make several calls to their contact centre only for them to reconfigure the device,then after a day or two,its back to square one. They cannot seem to pinpoint what the issue is nor give you a permanent solution-they are also very much aware of this persistenting
