Great Service
Good day, today I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr Thapelo Moipailo who happened to be at the Boitumelo Junction Branch in Welkom. What an amazing and solutions driven individual. Not only did he sort my problem out, but he did it speedily and kept me in the loop all the way. I must say, I had already given up on Net Nine Nine and wanted to cancel and move over to a different service provider, and Im glad to share that he restored my faith in Net Nine Nine. Mr Moipailo, may you continue to assist others like you did with me, you are a true customer satisfaction champion.
