Goodbye to exceptional customer service. :-(
I want to acknowledge Kagiso and Mpho from accounts, they have given such amazing service constantly. When I joined, my account was debited twice, Kagiso made sure to always keep me updated on the refund. recently I unfortunately had to terminate my subscription as I am relocating to another area, my account was debited and Mpho made sure to personally call and inform me of the reversal. I am really going to miss net99 as a service provider, you guys really look after your customers.
