Good customer service

This is a review regarding Thapelo from NET NINE NINE, this guy is dedicated to his job, I've never been disappointed when dealing with him, he always assists me with accuracy & he also do follow ups to make sure that I'm satisfied with the help I needed, I always know that I can count on him with every query I have. We need more people like him in the business sectors especially with what's going on with our customers service here in Mzansi. I really enjoy dealing with him.
