Some time during December 2022 I was billed twice for my data connection and I called Net Nine Nine for my refund and I was assisted by a lady with great customer care,her name is Buhle Nonqandela.She gave me clear instructions on what I should provide as proof and also she saw to it that upon getting the requested documents from me she makes a follow up on the processing of my claim.The communication skills that she has gave me reassurance that I'm in good hands and after all the assistance she game me I did receive my refund.For being able to listen and attend to my plea swiftly I definitely give her a perfect 10/10 for good customer service.
