Fibre trouble

I am a NetNineNine customer and this telecoms company has helped my business tremendously with providing fiber in our small of Qwa Qwa Phuthaditjhaba.

I however had the toughest week on 18/09 to 21/09 where the fiber was down and there was a configuration that kept failing which allows my business to operate.

I must admit around Wednesday of this dark week I felt this would not end and I was wondering what is the point of paying my subscription.

However a life saver kept my cool and made sense of things who goes by the name Prudence Molefe, she really made this week bearable by maintaining consistent dialogue and feedback from Reflex (The companies back-haul)

This lady's professionalism is really something to be desired and many can learn from her. I am thankful to the technician who worked with her hand in hand by the name Petrus they are really life savers and assets to NetNineNine.
