Faulty router installed

Had my wifi router installed on Monday, the guys who made the installation left the router not working. I called them on Tuesday (13:00) and first I was told that I should have called earlier, called them on Wednesday, that's when they logged in the ticket, today it's Thursday, I called them again and I am told to wait for 72 hours. So this might be fixed on Monday. These guys don't have enough technicians especially in local areas (Mhluzi). The 72 hours repair period made is wrong because the technicians use that time to come fix issues by the last minute, one can't be offline for 3 days because of a faulty router installed and not inspected by the installer.
