Fast and efficient, friendly encounter on a call with net nine nine.
Spoke to a very pleasant and professional buhlebenkosi today to sort out issues regarding my line and billing within 10 minutes she had nit only put my mind at ease by providing alternative methods of payment convenient to me but also assisted me to make payment and stay connected. I appreciate the level of dedicated she showed in her going the extra mile. Highly impressed with how she's representing her company's brand.
