I am writing to help express frustration of the iLithta park community in Mthatha ongoing fiber speed issues affecting their area.

During a community meeting this past Friday, several residents confirmed experiencing severe speed drops over the past few weeks.One community member likened it to load shedding

The connection remains very slow even during non-peak hours (such as early morning), which rules out typical network congestion.

they expect the stable, high-speed connection that they pay for and a low income area every cent. Counts.

Please investigate the local infrastructure for their area as many user have logged technical complaints in terms of tickets and followed the reset protocol to a recurring problem
