I called the customer care line this morning and I got assisted by Tumelo Mokoena who was very helpful and delightful in doing so, I was frustrated but he calmed me down and made a point that I got assisted by all means, by the end of the call my issue was resolved and I was smiling, He cared enough to call me back after a few minutes to check if everything was working to my satisfaction, keep it up Tumelo and thank you for servicing Net99 customer with care and dignity, much appreciated 😁
