DSTV online (Android TV) not working when connected to Net99
Net99 is really a joke. I have a technical issue, Called them yesterday (Sunday). "You are caller number 1" for over 30 mins and then thank you for calling Net 99 please rate this call. At that time they have promised support until 9PM. Ok I send Whatsapp, then I receive auto response to type my name, address and the type of a router I am using. It has been two days now waiting for response.
My issue is that DSTV app cannot open once I am connected using Net99 internet service. If I hotspot with my phone it works. Doing some research it is mentioned that Net99 has to reconfigure my router to allow DSTV connection. Now I am stuck for two days because no one can attend to my ticket.
