Don't use the service.

I would advise anyone to not use their services. The call centre employees are always clueless. It's never smooth sailing with them. After paying for my services 5 days ago today they dicided to cut off my line and further go on to say they won't be refunding me. Now I'm forced to dig into my savings to buy this months data.

They are probably a money making scheme.
