Disconection Ripoff.
Disconection Ripoff. Firstly I was disconnected a day before my debit order date. Now I'm disconnected for lord knows why. No communication what's so ever. Its disconnection party clearly at Net Nine Nine

This is not the experience we want for any of our clients and we hear your frustration loud and clear. Being disconnected unexpectedly (especially around a debit order date) is not okay and the lack of communication on our part? That’s on us. We're looking into what went wrong and we’d really like the chance to fix it. We have escalated the issue to our support tea who will be in touch to assist promptly.
