Disappointing!!!

I’m honestly disappointed with this internet service provider. For full on 24 hours we haven’t had internet service. I called and all their customer service agents tell me different things. Some of us rely on it for work and school, I haven’t been able to get a hold of people for 24 hours which derails my school schedule. They’ve been fixing one thing for a full day, I doubt they’ll even do anything tomorrow! When you ask their agents some of them are clueless!!!! It’s a shame.
