Customer service
I'm still struggling with the same issues months after I complained about them and they making empty promises, Net nine nine is pathetic when coming customer service, guys at the call center do their best but senior management never keep their pro, would never refer anyone and if anyone is considering signing up, please do not be fooled by those falls reviews, their customer service is pathetic.
