CONSISTENT AND TRSUTWORTHY ISP!!!

Me and this internet service provider have such a love and hate relationship but I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I love their honesty and the respect the agents/customer care line has for their clients. I really feel like such a priority. Here’s the thing I want to know what one should do to have a backup installed for them for when loadshedding hits. I work from home and would love to have backup installed.
