Billing issue sorted in a swift professional manner.
Went instore today (net nine nine Boitumelo junction)in a panic with a billing issue but she calmed me down and reassured me with a smile that the issue will be handles swiftly and surely enough I received a call from head office and just like that my issue was resolved. Such professionalism from a down to earth friendly lady. I'm highly impressed.
