Beyond five star service this guy kept me with Net99
Well after my struggle to get things right and dealing with incompetence let alone rude managers from the billing department today a service hero for me that put a smile back on my face is Thando Billa from the Technical Support department..The gentlemen had empathy,was patience and simply restored my internet even I couldn't believe it although there was a technician that set foot in my home..I dont know what reward you give people that take us into such consideration because its easy to just terminate a service due to injustice and not being heard but you Thando Billa may this year bring you success and abundance brother..Thank you!
