Bad Service Net nine nine

BAD SERVICE, so we have an account with net ninenine we had no connection since Sunday my husband has been going to Ga-rankuwa branch, calling since Sunday to date still no connection, he called to say since there is no one coming to help from their office, they must suspend our account until we are back online its not fair we are paying for service we are not receiving, the guy without hesitation canceled the account now all of sudden Karabo calls and say i wanted to come but i hered that you canceled the account with us, my husband was shocked to here this, by the way since Karabo promised to come last night and never came never putched we waited and waited. My sister had the same experience with Net Ninenine and she runs a business that requires internet. I have never experience such bad service from a company, from readying the good reviews its seems their turn around time is 6 to 9 days for one to get assistance form their office.

Someone please reccoment a good service provider i can use .
