Bad service

On the 9th of October 2025 around 15:36pm,my wife received a call from her mother claiming that she’s with Gabisile Mthembu who is the regional manager at Net Nine Nine and Thato who is the manger of the branch in Kagiso stating that my mother in laws card was linked to our account,Gabisile alleged that she came to our house and “investigated”,asking neighbours if it’s my place of residence she didn’t even bother coming into the yard and making sure.We then asked for proof on paper of the allegations. All the the consultants spoken to don’t have a supervisor or manager to escalate the complaints. There was a clear breach of the POPI Act. ***** is a serious charge and we want our names to be cleared. The consultant are rude and lack professionalism in dealing with clients it comes across as there are no standard operating procedures because nobody can give clear answers. It has now been over two weeks since this matter was first raised, and despite numerous calls and follow-ups, we have yet to receive any clear proof—whether in the form of emails, written evidence, or transaction documentation—linking me to this alleged *****ulent activity. Throughout this period, your consultants have continuously given us the runaround instead of providing transparent communication or evidence to support your claims. It is hard to believe that there is no evidence such as dates and time stamps to indicate who and when the units where installed. Investigations into the matter are not properly conducted they’re not precise, hence the query hasn’t been resolved after two and half months since it was reported. Furthermore, my mother in law has not received the payment that is rightfully due to her, which is causing significant distress and inconvenience to our family.

We respectfully request the following: A written explanation and full disclosure of any evidence your company claims to have regarding the alleged *****. Immediate processing of the pending payment owed to my mother in law. A formal written apology for the inconvenience and reputational harm caused by this matter. If we do not receive a satisfactory response within seven (7) business days from the date of this letter, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter further through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and consider seeking legal counsel.
