bad service

two ladies hung the phone on me saying "oka sere rao bora, lwena ware bora"...very stupid service, not sorry to say, payment options es ***, they switch you off with no communication, everytime you have to pay you have to call and you find very illiterate people who cant help and you are still transfeered to people who dont know anyhting about the service...why cant they do a debit order? their peach payment thingy gives troublr to accept payment, it always says proccessing...

if you are in pretoria, stay away from net 99...its like someone told them to provide the service and they "just did"...they dont know what they are doing...you cant expect me to call everytime i want to pay with no communication to when you will be stopping the service, you are just surptised that your network has sopped, when you call they dont know what they are doing...
