Bad connection for weeks.

For the past week I’ve been complaining about one and the same thing. I wrote a review on bad network connection. I thought it’s a problem everyone in my neighborhood is facing. My neighbor has since had good network connectivity and I’m here trying to connect. This is getting out of control. I tried calling with different numbers and I can’t get through. Nothing is helping I switched the router on and off.
