App Manipulation
I have been experiencing this issue with only one app while connected on WIFI but as soon as I connect with phone that app works just fine now my concern is, it's been 2 months this happening technician came more than three times and still problem remains. But last time the issue was fixed via phone, now I tried to call helpline I was on line for more than 30 minutes then they cut off my call. So this clearly shows that this app was manipulated because of Its Data consumption.

Since the issue only occurs when connected to Wi-Fi and not when using mobile data, it may be related to device settings, the router configuration, or the app itself.
