Angry customer line cancelled,netninenine

I paid netninenine on 04/09/2025 to activate my line from previous owner.its the 08/09/2025 still my line is still not work after phoning for several day without help they sent me a message that my line is cancelled.how could I cancel the line I paid previous day I don't even know how to cancel the line I feel like I am being ****med because I paid to get a service but I still don't have it come month end they will deduct full amount.te
