I entered a competition Soweto Derby , told I won then they said shluld nkt reply later than ten am the next morning I rep**** before ten am. Tickets where not sent to my mail after I had given right details. Was told my SN its linked to someone how possible is that 2 people are sharing a SN number funny. Then Net nine Nine after I asked them Friday a day before a game they saying its not their problem that I sent wrong details. After explaining several times about the SN number they have the nerve to send me tickets they already sent to the guy they say my SN number belongs to, when I got to FNB stadium tickets not valid, I asked them still these was around 2PM had to call them waiting stranded with invalid tickets. They only got back to me after 5PM. Like my time my money to go there next thing tickets are not valid. HOW COME 2 DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS HAVE 1 SN NUMBER EXPLAIN THAT
