Worst company I've ever seen in business
My experience with NDC has been extremely disappointing. The sales consultant pressured me to sign the documents without properly reading them, and incorrect information was recorded on my application despite my concerns. I requested the recording of the initial call to verify what was discussed, but NDC has been unable to provide it although they say all calls are recorded. They do not care about the clients. Very poor transparency and customer service. Never sign anything when they ask you to.. They will mislead you.

The worst customer services ever.
I was **********ly placed on debt review by one of their consultants in 2018. I asked for the recordings and for the documents, they sent me documents I informed them I did not sign those papers the person is not me. I have been battling this for years and I am not getting any joy. I want them to remove my name. I cannot be under debt review when I do not even have a debt.

The service i got from Mrs sebina was good because at first I was having bad record but she came through and was to assist me the national debt counseling is way good because if your debt they can reduce higher installment to your creditors so I recommend them highly since today is my first installment with them I pray that ill have financial freedom soon
